PAYMENT

All deliveries are subject to approval & confirmation of your credit card. In case you fail to pay for a delivery duly made, the payment may be taken from the recipient after due notice to you. Further any attempted & failed delivery due to wrong address may be charged.

DELIVERY TIME

In case of any order delayed due to Late Credit Card Processing or any extraordinary circumstances, it may be delayed 1 to 2 working days with a notice to you but without getting your specific confirmation to this effect.

If the customer wants to raise a complaint against the quality of product delivered, the customer/recipient is required to provide the image of product delivered within 72 hours of delivery. Based on the nature of complaint Refund and Redelivery shall be processed. Any decision in this regard will be the sole prerogative of the website.
