All deliveries are subject to approval & confirmation of your credit card. In case you fail to pay for a delivery duly made, the payment may be taken from the recipient after due notice to you. Further any attempted & failed delivery due to wrong address may be charged.

DELIVERY TIME and RULES

In case of any order delayed due to Late Credit Card Processing or any extraordinary circumstances, it may be delayed 1 to 2 working days with a notice to you but without getting your specific confirmation to this effect.

Attempt to deliver at the recipient address will be done only once. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address. If recipient’s address including door bell name plate is incorrect or recipient is not available, item will not be delivered and no refund will be made.

If the customer wants to raise a complaint against the quality of product delivered, the customer/recipient is required to provide the image of product delivered within 48 hours of delivery.
